The problem

A business bidding on public contracts was missing opportunities simply because they were published faster than any one person could monitor. Not for want of looking — across dozens of portals, in dozens of formats, nobody can look everywhere at once, and the one contract that pays for the year is as easy to miss as any other.

What we built

An aggregation system that continuously watches for new opportunities as they post, normalises them out of whatever format they arrived in, and automatically matches each one against the client's trade, region and target contract size. What surfaces is ranked by fit rather than by publication date.

Where it stands

Live and running. The searching is gone; the team's time goes entirely to the judgement call the system deliberately doesn't make — which of these bids is worth pursuing.
