The problem

A trades business was losing jobs to missed calls. Every unanswered ring during a job or after hours was a lead gone to a competitor — and the usual remedies don't help: answering services cost more than the appointments they save, and they read from a script that can't book anything.

What we built

A conversational voice agent that answers every inbound call in real time — no hold music, no voicemail, no “we'll call you back.” It handles natural conversation rather than a phone tree: a caller describes their problem in their own words and the system extracts what's needed — service type, urgency, location — qualifies the request on the spot, and books the job directly into the schedule.

Where it stands

Live and running: a front desk that never sleeps and never drops a lead. Anything unusual escalates to a human with the conversation attached, so the agent stops at the edge of what it is confident about rather than guessing past it.
